Life Tasting Bland? Would You Like To Learn How To Savor Your Life?
Tuesday, February 19, 2013 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM (PST)
About the class
Do you feel you respond with reactivity to normal day-to-day situations in your life (traffic, co-workers, relationships, deadlines) rather than from a centered and grounded place?
Do you often feel you don't have enough time to just be?
This class will help you work on the skills of self awareness, emotional intelligence, compassion, and attention, which are fostered from a regular meditation practice.
In our busy lives, we are often not stopping to breathe or check in. As a result we are unconsciously choosing habits that don't serve us. Carley teaches mindfulness practices for work, health, and your relationships, so you can be present for your life. She started her yoga and meditation practice 15 years ago. While life still brings bumps and dips, she feels that her practice has allowed her to move through life's obstacles with more clear seeing and is now better at regaining her balance. In her several years of teaching these practices, she has seen the the wonderful benefits of greater insight, compassion, and contentment in her students.
